News of More Forthcoming Bible Films
What has Queen Spoo been up to now there's little left to blog about regarding The Nativity Story? Digging out some info on more bible story based films, that's what. These are all at the early stages, but there's news of another film about David being written by J. Michael Straczynski, and, Darren Aronofsky is also developing a bible film (although he's not saying what it is just yet). More details from Spoo and also Peter Chattaway. Spoo also a release date for The Resurrection - February 2008.
Thanks for the nod, Matt! I'm interested to see what develops with all of these films and will try to keep an eye out for any additional info. I already started a new blog for "The Resurrection" (originally slated for Easter 2007) since Nativity is essentially over [blog withdrawal!]. You're welcome! Wow...my spoo portrait and all!! *blush* Not much on "The Resurrection" for now...ho hum...especially since it's apparently releasing 2/22/08 now (unless they change the date again). All quiet on the western front, so to speak...
